A planned gift to Housing Families is a meaningful way to ensure that families facing homelessness have access to safe, stable housing for generations to come.

One of the simplest ways to make a legacy gift is by including Housing Families in your will or living trust. You may choose to leave a specific dollar amount, a percentage of your estate, or a residual gift after other bequests are fulfilled.

You can also support Housing Families by naming us as a beneficiary of your bank or investment accounts, life insurance policy, Donor Advised Fund (DAF), or retirement assets, including IRAs, Roth IRAs, 401(k)s, 403(b)s, and other retirement plans. Beneficiary designations are often easy to update and allow these assets to pass directly to the beneficiaries you choose.

Sample Bequest Language

We encourage you to consult your attorney or financial advisor when making estate planning decisions.
