CHA PACE Program – provides health care and other support for adults 55 and older who want to continue living at home. We are part of the national Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

Massachusetts Veterans Drug Rehab Centers – Veterans coping with trauma or injuries they may have experienced during military deployment may be at higher risk for substance abuse. Treatment options for veterans with alcohol or drug addiction include counseling, detox, 12-step programs, and more.
