Volunteer with Homeless Children

GREAT Youth and Families Program

Volunteer with Homeless Children - Enrichment
The average age of a homeless person in Massachusetts is 8 years old. Homeless and at-risk children are 4 times more likely to show delayed development and are 36% more likely to repeat a grade than securely housed children. At Housing Families, we work with homeless children every day, but we need your help.

Do you enjoy working with children? Do you have patience and a great attitude?

Volunteering in the GREAT Youth and Families Program could be for you! No experience is necessary. All volunteers will receive extensive training and support to ensure that your volunteer experience is both productive and enjoyable.

If you are interested in volunteering in the GREAT Youth and Families Program, please Sign Up Online or contact Patty Kelly at 781-322-9119 ext. 115.
