Housing Families Runners Take on the 114th Boston Marathon - Monday, April 19, 2010The Housing Families Marathon Team consisting of 15 runners from as far away as California were ready Monday morning to take on the 26 miles and 385 yards course. It was a beautiful day for the Boston Marathon that started in Hopkinton and ended in Boston. The route was a challenging course of winding roads and hills. Knowing they are running for the homeless families and children that Housing Families serves is motivation to get over that finish line.

Housing Families is proud to report that our Boston Marathon Team has raised over $50,000. However it’s not too late to donate to the Housing Families Marathon Team. You can still donate to a registered runner, or to Housing Families Marathon goal up until May 19.
